Viktor Tikhonov and Alex Ovechkin put Russia 2-0 up less
than 5 minutes into the first period. Juuso Hietanen
pulled one back for Finland, but Nikolai Kulyomin scored
a short-handed breakaway goal and Sergei Kalinin made it
4-1 in the second. "We had fast goals which gave us
