You will never need anything more than bandos/ barrows to complete slayer
missions. If you need weapon that is lvl80 I'd recommend to go for chaotic
weapons, instead of RuneScape gold
spending your money on other things. I would suggest that players only choose
the lv 90 weapons if they have money to burn. Up to you though.
For bolts, you may now use any bolts on any bow. The compatibility problem is
gone. If you are using levels 80 royal bolts and an Lv 70 crossbow, those
bolts will have a damage cap just like levels 70 bolts. If you have an
offhand bow that is level 60 your mainhand bow is capped at 70 bolt damage.
The offhand bow will cap at the level 60 damage. However, I do buy Royals
because they're the cheapest so it's not much of a difference in any way.
Ganodermics can be pretty effective for most things magical. In my beta test
and when you die they don't perish, which is an added bonus. Watch out for
weapons which were previously equipped with special attacks due to the fact
that those special attacks are returning - read the Combat beta for more
information.
The products that have added critical rates are useless IMO. It's more about
precision and base damage, not critical value. So, for instance the fire cape
isn't the same as a skillcape IMO.
I'm at 90 percent nowjust 2M experience stands between me and my goal. I
recently bought a drygore mace and cheap
OSRS gold have been saving up for the offhand version. I'm nearly
completely cleaned however, I'm forced to resort to the hybrid Warpriest
gear.
