This upcoming NBA season holds a lot of promise for the
Minnesota Timberwolves. The team is stacked with young
players, all of whom are still developing and haven't
reached their full potential.
Every year, 2k Sports releases an NBA game in which they
rate and rank each and every player in the league in an
attempt to create a realistic basketball simulation game.
Karl-Anthony Towns, one of the Timberwolves' most
important players, had already revealed his overall
rating, which was an 87. Even so, speculating on how each
player will be rated is an interesting exercise because
it is frequently indicative of what the national media /
casual NBA fans think of the Timberwolves' team.
D'Angelo Russell is a professional basketball player.
D'Angelo Russell missed a significant portion of the
Timberwolves' season last year and was not particularly
impressive early on, even when he was fully healthy.
Despite the fact that he looked a little better later on
after returning, I still expect his 2k22 rating to drop.
Despite averaging nearly 20 points per game and a high
number of assists, it is reasonable to expect his rating
to drop – the only question is by how much.
Malik Beasley is a professional basketball player.
Malik Beasley, like Russell, had some particularly
impressive performances this past season. He did,
however, miss a significant portion of the games. In 37
appearances, Beasley averaged 20 points per game on
44/40/85 shooting percentages. His 2k rating should rise,
but he must be consistent in his scoring (and defense) in
order to make a significant difference in the outcome of

NBA 2K22 rating of Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr.
revealed that Porter Jr. was dead on when asked what he
believes his overall rating in NBA 2K22 will be.
“I probably think that (my overall rating will be) 84,
85 after last season,” he said in a video from NBA 2K,
which was produced by 2K Games digital marketing director
Ronnie Singh. He was completely correct. The Nuggets
forward, who is 23 years old, received an overall rating
of 84 for the upcoming basketball video game. Singh
stated in the video that it represents an improvement
over his initial 78 overall score in NBA 2K21.
Porter averaged career highs in points (19.0), rebounds
(7.3), assists (1.1), steals (0.7), blocks (0.9), field-
goal percentage (54.2%), and 3-point field-goal
percentage (44.5%) in his first full season as a starter
last season. The former Missouri Tiger and Nuggets first-
round pick believes he can reach 90 points by the end of
the season by "just being a more complete player."With
his overall rating revealed, he becomes the third Nuggets
player to do so, following Nikola Jokic (95) and Jamal
Murray (85). The PC version of NBA 2K22, as well as the
Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One,
and Xbox Series X, will be released on September 10.
