John Hammond said Monday that centre Zaza Pachulia will
be sidelined with a right foot fracture suffered in last
weeks 105-98 loss to the Detroit Pistons. The 6-foot-11
centre missed the next two games. Pachulia will have to
wear a walking boot before being re-examined in four
weeks. He had been a solid contributor on a team beset by
injuries, averaging 6.9 points and 6.5 rebounds in 17
games. Milwaukee is already without two starters in
centre Larry Sanders (thumb) and forward Caron Butler
(knee). Point guard Brandon Knight has also missed time
this year with a hamstring injury. The Bucks (4-16) have
the worst record in the Eastern Conference headed into
Tuesday nights game at Chicago.

The Los Angeles Kings have waived former All-Star center
Mike Richards, according to multiple reports Monday.
Richards will be on waivers until noon on Tuesday. If he
is not claimed by another team, he will be assigned to
the Kings AHL affiliate in Manchester. Richards, who
turns 30 in February, has seen his production decline in
recent seasons with just five goals and 15 points in 47
games for Los Angeles this season. He was an All-Star in
two consecutive seasons from 2009-10 with the
Philadelphia Flyers and had a career-high 80 pooints in
the 2008-09 season.
