 | and an update to the Diablo II: Resurrected ladder are
almost ready to be released. This update really ought to
have been released a lot sooner, but Blizzard ran into
some issues, which they explained in the so-called blue
post, which we are going to share with you below in its
entirety in its entirety in its entirety in its entirety
 in its entirety.

We thought cheap D2R ladder items
(items">clicking here) was important to inform the
Diablo community about the most recent information on the
2.4 patch that addresses changes to the game's balance as
well as our very first Ladder season. We would like to
begin by extending our thanks to everyone who has
provided feedback and taken part in testing over the
course of the past few weeks. We were able to zero in on
a number of database, server, and balance changes that
will be implemented with this update for D2R (Diablo 2:
Resurrected) thanks to the assistance that we received
 from you.

We had hoped to have this update ready for release by the
end of this month, but unfortunately, we ran into some
difficulties along the way. We had hoped to have this
update ready for release by the end of this month. I am
aware that your initial reaction could be something along
the lines of "HERE WE GO AGAIN!," which is something that
you absolutely have the right to say in light of how
difficult it has been to perfect this update for Ladder.
However, we did want to explain some of the circumstances
that led to this adjustment in dates and at the same time
provide you with updates on the newly expected release of
2.4 and the beginning of Ladder. In addition, we wanted
to explain some of the circumstances that led to this
adjustment in dates. This is done so that players have
plenty of time to prepare for the race that commences
with the start of each new Ladder season.

What exactly did take place over in this location? You
might remember that we have been toiling away at the
game's backend and database services, trying to bring
them up to date with extensive new features. These
revisions have been under development for a considerable
amount of time now. The team has, over the course of the
past few months, been working to implement these updates
to the server and database by making use of the insights
gained from the PTR (Public Test Realm) and the
tremendous assistance that the community has provided
during these testing phases. The PTR is a testing
environment that is open to the general public. The week
before last, we had some extended downtime for D2R, and
the purpose of that downtime was to implement the final
batch of changes from our PTR to our production
environments. During this downtime, we were able to
successfully complete this task. During this update, we
unfortunately discovered quite a few showstoppers that
were not present on the PTR but were present in
production environments. These issues prevented the
update from being deployed. As a result of these
problems, the update could not be deployed. Because of
this, we had to undo the changes so that we wouldn't have
an adverse effect on users and so that we could get the
game back up and running as quickly as we possibly could.
As a result of this, we had no choice but to extend the
 maintenance.

We came across an issue in which a sizeable portion of
the stashes did not convert in the expected manner.
Unfortunately, the database did not migrate to the new
format, and as a result, it was not visible in the PTR
environment until after we had moved it to the Production
environment. This occurred after we had already moved it.
This was due to the fact that testing on the PTR was only
introduced very recently into the game.

It was discovered that the database lacked an index,
which was the source of the issue that caused everything
to move at a glacial pace in production but went
unnoticed on PTR. The absence of the index was the root
of the problem that caused everything to move at a
glacial pace. People joined slowly as a result of this,
and they also made games more slowly as a result of this.
We were able to add the index, but it took some
additional time so that we could check the performance of
the database and make sure there weren't any other slow
points that we hadn't noticed before. Ultimately,
 however, we were successful.

We ran into some additional database issues during
production due to the fact that the production database
is comprised of multiple regions, whereas the PTR
database consisted of only a single region. Because it
only contained a single region, the PTR database enabled
us to conceal some of the errors that we had been
encountering. We should count our blessings that a
solution to this problem will be implemented in
subsequent PTRs because, moving forward, there will be
 multiple regional databases.

Because of the maintenance that was performed the week
before, the team has been able to identify and solve all
of these problems. In order to put these modifications
into production, we will conduct yet another maintenance
on buy D2R ladder items on March 29. Because of these
modifications, we anticipate that there will be a period
of downtime lasting approximately six hours. These
updates will make it possible for us to have a better
experience during high load times. In the past, we would
have had no choice but to rely on longer queue times and
increased rate limiting on game sessions when there was a
very high volume of traffic. However, because of these
updates, we will be able to have a better experience
 during high load times.

Following the completion of that maintenance, we should
be prepared to proceed with the rollout of version 2
 - 4 to our customer base- The release of version 2- 4 is
currently planned to take place on April 14, and the
release of version Ladder is planned to take place
exactly two weeks later, on April 28

Between the launch of patch 2.4 and the beginning of the
first season of the Ladder, we intend to leave a window
of free time for players to adjust. This will make it
possible for the development team to fix any issues that
may arise on PC and consoles as a direct result of the
release of patch 2.4, and it will also make it possible
for us to ensure that the first season of the Ladder will
begin as smoothly as it is physically possible for it to
 do so.

Once again, we apologize for the delay in the release of
this update; however, in order to make absolutely certain
that we are preparing the most balanced and balanced
environment possible for the very first Diablo 2
resurrected items Ladder season, we need to take a little
bit more time. We do, in fact, have some fantastic
community events and plans for the Ladder launch, which
we will be disclosing in the following weeks as they come
 closer.
